The following are representative examples of our
Single Source Services approach:

620,000 SF Office Building

Oxford acted as Receiver/Manager for a 620,000 SF office
building in Pittsburgh, PA. Our involvement resulted in the sale
of the property at a value greater than the take back costs.

200,000 SF Mixed Use Facility

Oxford acted as Receiver/Manager for a 200,000 SF mixed
use facility in PA. We prepared and disposed of the facility through
GVA Oxford, our brokerage arm. Preparation of the property included
the removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials including underground fuel storage tanks.

REO Portfolio

Oxford managed a Portfolio of REO Properties in New Jersey,
Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland consisting of office, retail, hotels, apartments and lodges.  These properties were of every size with
different degrees of problems. We were able to stabilize these properties, increase Net Operating Income (NOI), and assist in their sale.

150,000 SF Retail Complex

Oxford acted as Receiver/Manager for a 150,000 SF retail complex in Philadelphia. This property lost its anchor tenant and the owner failed to manage or care for the property.  Oxford again stabilized the operations, attended to the occupying tenant’s needs, and ultimately we were able to assist in the sale of the property at a higher than balance sheet value.
