Oxford Development Company began assisting financial institutions
and owners in the recapture, management, repositioning, redevelopment
and disposition of distressed assets nearly twenty years ago. Through this experience the asset and property management professionals at Oxford developed a specialized skill set rooted in real world performance.

During the "S&L Crisis" of the early 1990’s, we were contracted by one of the nation’s largest banks to act as Receiver, Property Manager, Leasing Agent and Construction Manager for many of its troubled assets. With assignments in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and New York, our distressed asset team consistently delivered the desired results to our client.

firms and local, regional and national lending institutions.

The Team

Oxford Asset Resolution Services has assembled a team of seasoned professionals from several of Oxford’s core businesses to develop and manage its operation.

The team’s core members average over twenty years of experience
and encompass the disciplines of Asset/Property Management, Construction Management/Development, Financial Analysis, Asset Sales and Leasing Services, Title Analysis, Investment Structuring and Advisory Services,
and General Business Consulting.
