George E. Whalen

Vice President of Asset Management - Oxford Development Company

Mr. Whalen is the Vice President of Asset Management for Oxford Development Company, and joined the company in 1983.  Mr. Whalen is responsible for the Operation and Management of Oxford Development’s owned and/or managed office and retail properties, which are in excess of 12.5 million square feet. Mr. Whalen has also been responsible for REO asset management since 1990 working for the courts, large financial institutions and law firms.

Joseph Piccini, CPM

Director of Property Management - Oxford Development Company

Mr. Piccini is Director of Property Management for Oxford Development Company and has over 20 years of property and facility management experience.  Mr. Piccini directly oversees in excess of 7 million square feet of office and industrial space in multiple states. Mr. Piccini also has international property management experience throughout the Middle East.

Jeffrey L. Bodnar

Assistant Director of Operations/Property Management - Oxford Development Company

Mr. Bodnar is Assistant Director of Operations/Property Management and joined Oxford Development Company in 1987. Mr. Bodnar has direct oversight responsibilities for 3 million square feet of office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties including all aspects of day-to-day operations such as financial budgeting and expense control, lease administration, risk management and construction management.

David Heaton

Assistant Vice President of Development - Oxford Development Company

Mr. Heaton has over 18 years in real estate development, design, and construction and is skilled in managing complex and demanding projects from Class A office buildings to campus renovations of multiple properties.  As Assistant Vice President of Development, Mr. Heaton is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development department including supervising personnel, budgets, municipal approval, design, and construction activities for the firm’s projects. During the course of his career, Mr. Heaton has worked on projects with a cumulative value of more than $600 million.

Arthur J. DiDonato, Jr.

Senior Vice President-Retail Brokerage - Oxford Realty Services

Mr. DiDonato joined Oxford Development Company in 1988. Mr. DiDonato handles all agency leasing for the company’s managed property and 3rd party leasing portfolio.  Mr. DiDonato has completed transactions in excess of $640 million in volume and totaling over 14 million square feet.  Mr. DiDonato also handles asset disposition work for Real Estate Owned (REO) properties for PNC Bank and CW Capital. Mr. DiDonato is responsible for expansion of the company’s retail tenant representation client base, involving site selection and lease negotiations for over twenty national, regional and local retailers.

Laurence R. Castonguay

Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer - Oxford Real Estate Advisors, Inc.

Mr. Castonguay has 26 years of diverse commercial real estate experience.  Mr. Castonguay has been involved in leasing, development, financial analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, partnership formations, and management of a broad spectrum of real estate assets including land development, office, retail, industrial, condominiums, and hospitality properties.  He currently manages the day-to-day operations of OREA, a registered investment advisor which specializes in the acquisition, development, and re-development of investment real estate for both pension fund clients and high net worth individuals.  OREA focuses on the feasibility, entitlement, and underwriting of commercial real estate investments, and manages the completed/acquired assets during the holding period until the implementation of a suitable exit strategy.

Stephen J. Nicotra

Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance - Oxford Development Company

Mr. Nicotra is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Oxford Development Company and is responsible for the treasury management, financial and tax reporting, accounting and budgeting for the company. He has direct oversight for the development and negotiation of project and corporate financings.

Brian M. Albert

Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary - Oxford Development Company

Mr. Albert is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Oxford Development Company
and joined the company in 1987. Prior to joining Oxford Development Company, Mr. Albert was in-house counsel in the Commercial and Credit Corporation sections of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation law department.  During his tenure with Oxford Development Company, Mr. Albert has actively participated as legal counsel in sales, acquisitions, and financings totaling in excess of $500 million, and has provided counseling in a broad range of other corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Albert is also the Chief Counsel for Oxford Real Estate Advisors and the Chief Operating Officer of Pittsburgh Settlement Agency, LLC, a Pennsylvania licensed commercial title insurance agency.
